How does the change in settings impact ?

Changing the settings impacts everything by changing the way the tools work and the its going to make the object look . Multiple edge loops being on impacts how many edge loops you grab at a time. Number edge loops impacts the number of edge loops you grab at a time .Auto complete impacts the way you create components of the object you are creating .

New Tools

Today i learned how to use two new tools. One of the tools was the Append to polygon tool which was used to click the borders in a counter-clock wise motion to create the shield. Another tool i used was the vertical split tool which was use to split the shield in half to make the shield appear round . 

Plan of action

What i plan to do is first make a cube and then with that cube start creating the face of the bat once i am done with the head then i will create the ears one at a time by putting cubes on them .

Three things i learned is how to do is how to change the view to world another thing is i learned how to extrude the last thing i learned is how to change the appearance of an image put in maya.

Two challenges i had were how the extrude something more then once and how to change the setting of something .
